This is because the Recall feature only works on Emails in the recipient’s Inbox – It won’t know where to look if it. If the recipient has an Outlook Email Rule that automatically “moves” the message to a different Email folder, then the Recall will not work. ![]() The recipient must be using Outlook 365 or the Outlook Exchange Client.
